Fall seven times and stand up eight. – Japanese Proverb
I truly believe in this motto, as I believe you can always get up from ANY situation.
My name is Alicia Collins, and I am excited to be a part of College, Nannies and Tutors.
I have been in the post-secondary education sector for over 15 years; (as a college campus director, a financial aid director for college and executive assistant). So, I am very knowable about colleges, family’s needs and what inspire students to continue their education after high school. Recently, I was in a career position in primary-education to help with families as they begin the journey for preschool and continue until high school graduation and help the parents understand the importance of educational growth.
As having lead and director position in my career, I have been trained extensively on team-building, management skills and compassion for my clients, families and employees. I believe what you put in, is what you get out. I put in my best daily and my expectations are the same values. As a manger, I have an open door policy, and will help in any way I can to help my employees be successful.

Brian
Brian

Hello, my name is Brian Bowser and I am your go-to tutor for all things math & science! I first started tutoring as a part time job in 9th grade, but got my first taste for helping students improve their math skills in the 3rd grade. I showed an aptitude for math at a young age, and my teacher set up a table in the back of the classroom where I would help 3 or 4 classmates with their math lessons while the rest of the class had reading time. My friends and cousins would always come to me when they needed help with their homework or studying for a test, so tutoring was a natural transition for me. I try to make sense of topics from multiple different perspectives, which allows me to approach topics from different directions if a student is struggling to make sense of the explanations given in class. This is my fourth year at CNT, and I have over a decade of experience in independent tutoring! I am passionate about helping others learn, and I believe with practice and hard work, a student can master any concept!
