A bit about us: Hello! We are an active, blended family with five kiddos seeking a part-time caregiver to help us keep things moving. We are easy-going parents, who work from home. Our children are 14, 14, 12, 11, & 10 and range in interests from music, to DnD, to sports, to animals! The older kids are pretty self-sufficient, so care is mostly for the younger two. Our schedules are busy and the kids are involved in a lot of activities, so helping us stay on track would be very helpful. We hope you’re an animal lover, we have cats, a dog, and chickens!
A bit about you: Team work makes the dream work and we’re looking for someone to be apart of our family team. If you are the type of person who would be able to help create a chore chart, this is the position for you! All of the kids are extremely smart and creative and so keeping them engaged in special projects that adhere to their interests would be impactful. Three of the kiddos have special needs. You understand that reliability is number one for this family. A self-starter who isn’t afraid to jump in and find creative recipes for the whole family would be great! We’re hoping for someone with a calming presence who can take an interest in our individual kid’s interests. We love sharing ideas with our caregivers about what’s working, and so open communication is key. Hours can be added to help the family with grocery shopping/additional errands.
Job Duties: Care is mostly for the 10 and 11 year old. Driving would be required to pick up and drop off from school and activities. Currently, the main duties are keeping the kiddos on task and adhering to schedules. Making sure the kiddos are finishing homework, giving reminders for cleaning up, and having them each read 20 minutes a day.
Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours
Qualifications: 2 year of Special Needs experience, CPR First Aid Certified, Clean driving record
Set yourself apart: An interest in animals/music will be a great asset for this family
Schedule: Tuesday 8-5pm, Wednesday 8-11am, + Additional hours- up to 20 guaranteed. Long term position, starting ASAP and going throughout the calendar year.

A bit about us:
Hello! We are first-time parents to a baby boy born at the beginning of February! We are easygoing parents, self-described as introverts who are relaxed and low-key. At the same time, we are very organized, researched, and thorough. While we are not super sporty we do love to keep active by getting outdoors going for walks and enjoying the world around us. We both have busy jobs and long work days, but want to still be able to interact with our son during his first year. That is where you come in!
A bit about you:
You are caring and loving but also experienced and knowledgeable. You have worked with infants in the past and know what to expect at each stage of development and can educate and align with us on what will be best for our son as he grows. You understand that each child is different and can adapt to meet our son at his level as you help him (and us) navigate his first year! You are great at communication and can keep us up to date on what you are working on and how each day goes. You are up to date on current practices, developmental stages, and what is appropriate at each step of the way, and can use that knowledge to help create the best daily schedule for our son.
Job Duties:
While he is still so young, there isn’t a set schedule yet. However, as he gets older, we would love to be proactive and work with you to get him into a good routine! Currently, the main duties are overseeing naps, coordinating feeding with mom, who is still nursing, and keeping him entertained during his awake windows. During naps, you can assist with his laundry, clean baby dishes, take out diapers etc. While driving is not required, you may want to take him out to new experiences as he gets older.
Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours, and competitive pay
Qualifications: at least 2 years infant experience, CPR and First Aid certified, up to date on all vaccines such as MMR, Flu, COVID, and TDAP.
Set yourself apart: Have formal infant training such as doula or NCS, and share a love of the outdoors
Schedule: Starting April 23rd, Tuesdays to Thursdays from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, going to his 1st birthday, but open to longer for the right fit.

Summary:
A bit about us:
We are a family of 5 (and a small hypoallergenic dog) looking for a summer nanny for our 12 and 9-year-old girls. We are a self-described silly family, who love to crack jokes, have fun together, and not take ourselves too seriously. In the winter months, you can often find us out skiing, and in the summer we love to spend as much time at our family cabin as we can! We are also a family of musicians each playing a different instrument, and often we jam together! We are looking for a fun and active summer nanny to join us this year.
A bit about you:
You are patient, and engaging. We like to keep the girls busy, and off their devices. You are crafty and can come up with countless things to do with our overflowing craft supplies bucket. You are creative and can think of things to do that both the girls would love to engage in. We would love for you to be comfortable in the water as our girls love to go to the beach often. You are patient, sweet, and most importantly can connect with each girl at their level.
Job Duties:
While it’s currently a bit more fluid while we nail down camps days and times for the girls, generally speaking, you would arrive for the day and help rouse the girls out of bed, ready and fed breakfast. From there it may be a camp drop off, or pick up, or an activity of their choice! Lunch to follow and then potentially a camp or pick up in the afternoon, or an open time frame to plan something fun! Driving will be required and the family will reimburse you for mileage. Please note that the girls have food allergies, so if you’re familiar with an epi pen, great! If not, they will teach you how to use one.
Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours, and 4-day weekends!
Qualifications: Kind, patient, engaging, and preferred to be COVID vaccinated.
Set yourself apart: Play an instrument, familiar with soccer basketball, or tennis. Have a passion for the outdoors!

A bit about us:
We are a family of 4 with mom and dad working full-time professional jobs and two sons, ages 13 and 11, who are very active in sports! We love to be active but understand the need for downtime as well to recharge. We love to be outdoors when we can and take advantage of the lake that we live by in the warm summer months.
A bit about you:
You’re the leader of the pack! We are looking for a summer nanny who is a go-getter and can plan out the days and activities for the week in advance. You have a plan and you can get the boys on board. They love to go to the nearby lake in the summer. You can meet the boys at their social and emotional level, and adjust the plan for the day as needed. You have a mindset of adventuring, and are not afraid to try new things. Driving will be required and we hope you’ll be ok with a Labrador who will think you are their new best friend!
Job Duties:
The nanny will be responsible for transporting the boys to and from their activities each day. The oldest could have some practices for baseball, and the youngest participates in the Schwanns Cup tournament in Blaine each year! When there is downtime, the nanny will have a plan ready to go and get the boy's buy-in. The boys will likely have passes to the pool and Sky Zone, but there will be weekly funds for other fun activities. Keeping the boys from eating just Doritos, gummy worms and chocolate milk will be challenging but is doable! We are looking for you to be able to hold the boys accountable. You can easily keep all lines of communication open with us parents and share the good, asking questions and providing feedback. You are not afraid to be silly and engage in imaginative play. You love to be outdoors and will even take the kids out in the winter. You bring with you previous experience as a nanny.
