Brooke
Brooke

My name is Brooke Leavitt. I come from a small town in Nevada where I grew up on a 27 acre ranch. Growing up on a ranch, I learned how to be a hard worker and to not be afraid to get messy. I have two older brothers and an older sister, and lots of animal family members! I'm a huge animal lover. I love to spend time with family and be the best Aunt that I can be to my two nieces. My number one hobby has always been dancing. I love all styles, but Hip Hop and Jazz are my favorites. I love to listen to music, go on hikes, watch movies, and cooking.

I've worked with children of all ages for 11 years, and I absolutely love it. I am currently pursuing a degree in HDFS to become a Occupational Therapist. I hope to become certified in special education as well. Working with children has been my passion since I was old enough to have a job! I couldn't imagine having any other type of career.

Allysan

Hi my name is Allysan Thomas, but I like to go by Ally. I grew up in a military family. I have one brother and two sisters. I moved to Reno from California to pursue my dream of becoming a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) and to work with individuals with autism. I am currently attending University of Nevada, Reno and working on getting my bachelors degree in Behavioral Analysis. Once that is achieved, I will be going on to graduate school. In my free time, I like to be outside hiking or running. My dream is to travel to different countries and do behavioral therapy.

Mallory
Mallory

I was born in Silver Spring, Maryland and spent my childhood days having lunch by the White House and visiting the eastern shores with my brother and sister. My parents and I moved to Reno when I was in middle school, and although I miss my siblings, I love it here. I am young at heart and genuinely enjoy spending time with and caring for children. In my spare time, I love to spend time at the beaches in Tahoe, rock climb at our local climbing gym, and foster animals who need a temporary home at the Nevada Humane Society. I have a creative mind and I love arts and crafts as well as cooking and baking. Reading and writing have always been passions of mine that I love to share with the children I care for. As an influence of these interests, I am working toward a Bachelor's degree in secondary English education with a minor in French education. My teaching philosophy is rooted in my belief that an interest in learning comes from an understanding of why we learn, and that all education has a real-world purpose. In the future, I hope to move back to the east coast and pursue a career at a High School teaching English and French.

Hi! My name is Francesca. I am 22 years old and I just graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BA in Sociology and minor in Spanish. I was born in Concord, Massachusetts and spent the first two years of my life growing up in Rome, Italy. Then, I moved to Pleasanton, CA when I was about 5. I have two wonderful parents, an incredibly cute dog, and a little brother. I love working with kids and I want to go back to California to get my teaching credential to be able to teach Elementary School. I have a lot of experience in childcare, from babysitting to nannying to volunteering in different classrooms. I love spending time with my friends and family, and fitness is something that is very important to me as well. I'm so excited to be a part of this team and can't wait to spend time with the kids!
