I am a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Child Psychology. I began my career as the administrator of an early childhood learning center and worked to provide quality child care and education to children. I truly enjoyed being an important part of their lives every day, along with being a mentor and leader to my team of teachers. After many years I decided it was time for a change and went on an adventure with Disney Cruise Line as their Manager of Youth Activities. I led a large team of Youth Counselors from around the world as we provided the Disney experience to kids and traveled the globe. I have been working with College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors since November of 2013. I am passionate about helping families find their optimal childcare or tutoring solution and seeing the great impact it has. I'm often out in the community talking to people about CNS+T and spreading the word about this wonderful company. I look forward to doing my part in helping to build stronger families in the St. Paul area.
My name is Julia and I am the Role Model Manager. I am a graduate of Metropolitan State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance but have a true passion for meeting people where they are at and encouraging success. Prior to joining the team at College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors, I worked for the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities in the Aquatics department for 8 years. During my time there, I developed youth, strengthened the community, and mentored a team of all ages. I love working with Role Models and helping them thrive and grow.
My name is Melanie and I am the Family Placement Manager. I am a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University with a degree in Theatre Arts. I also have my Early Childhood Education Certificate from Minneapolis Community and Technical College. I taught in the classroom for nearly 8 years before taking on an administrator role of an early learning center. I managed and lead a team of 28 staff and teachers in an effort to provide high-quality, early childhood education, to the South Minneapolis Community. My favorite part about working in the childcare/education field is creating strong relationships with families. I am looking forward to using my talents to help build stronger families in the St.Paul community.
Hi, I am the Recruiting Coordinator! I began my journey with CNS+T in April 2017 as a nanny. For two years, I had the privilege of meeting and growing with several different families and developing those bonds into strong relationships. During my time as a nanny I studied Psychology and Communications and graduated from Metropolitan State University. I have always been passionate for being a light and positive example for other people. Ever since early high school I have had the opportunity to be involved in my community through volunteer leadership roles with youth of all ages. I am beyond grateful and excited to continue my journey with CNS+T by expanding my passion to connect and engage with our future role model nannies and sitters!

I recently graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a physics major, and am back home in Minnesota as I prepare to apply for graduate schools! I have a passion for math and the sciences in general (particularly physics and chemistry), and I enjoy helping others to appreciate and succeed in these amazing subjects. Outside the academic sphere, my interests include baseball (watching and playing), weightlifting, singing and piano, video games, comic books, watching scary movies, and Lego in all its forms. If you know any lame jokes, please tell me so that I can expand my already formidable repertoire.
