Caitlin is the Managing Director and a mom that has a passion for working with families. She is committed to helping provide solutions to families looking for safe and loving childcare or useful and effective tutoring. She believes in meeting educational goals to promote confident, self-directed learners. Overall she is dedicated to delivering responsible, enthusiastic, and inventive role model nannies, sitters, and tutors to our community.
She graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a BS in biology and a MS in integrated biosciences. She discovered her talent and interest in teaching while in university. She tutored undergraduate general biology students and taught microbiology laboratory. Later she worked as an elementary school teacher in South Korea and as a native English assistant in a high school in France.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys playing with her daughter and spending time with her husband. She likes playing soccer, traveling to new places, and making new friends. She is a member of VOICE, which takes action in solving community issues in Northern Virginia.
As Recruitment Coordinator, Abigail’s goal is to find Role Model nannies, sitters and tutors who will inspire and motivate children and students of all ages. Abigail previously worked as a nanny for College Nannies + Sitters + Tutors and was able to gain experience working with children. As a result, she understands the innate qualities a childcare professional should have in order to be an excellent role model including the core values: can-do attitude, results matter, and leave it better philosophy.
Caroline is our Family Placement Manager. Over the last 13 years she has dedicated herself to providing children with the best care possible. Her wealth of experience working with families of children cradle through college (aged) make her the perfect person to provide ongoing support and choose the best fit Role Models for our families.
Caroline has a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason with a focus on Early Childhood Development and Attachment Theory. After working as a full time nanny throughout her studies at George Mason University, she was a Developmental Researcher studying learning through play, and worked as a Preschool teacher at three prestigious Northern VA schools. She also ran her own child care company, working with 30+ families to provide childcare, parenting guidance and create education solutions to meet their needs. Most recently, she worked as the Education Coordinator for a well-known tutoring company coordinating the educational curriculum for hundreds of students.
In her free time, Caroline loves to travel, read about child development, explore nature, and spend time with her husband. In her travels, she has thus far sailed around the world and visited 30 countries on 6 continents.
Heather is the Learning Center Manager. She has been passionately involved in education for nearly 10 years working with families from preschool to high school. She is a Northern Virginia native and received a Bachelor's Degree from Longwood College in Farmville, Virginia and a Master's of Science in Management and Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
During her free-time Heather loves to read, bake, spend time with her feline fur baby, Rufus, and mostly enjoy time spent with her husband.
Peter is a Business Analyst for College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors NOVA Inc. He has a bachelors of science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He previously worked for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association as an intern for the Business Technologies and Strategies department.
In school he stayed interested in a wide variety of things. He played on sports team, played bass in orchestra, was a part of the honor society, and played in a jazz band on the side. He also maintained good grades throughout high school and college. Finally, he thinks family is very important. He currently has 4 nephews and a niece. He sees them every chance he gets.
I am a good role model because I keep my life moving, organized, and I am always pursuing new goals. I take pride in my work and life, and time management is very important to me. I am a hard worker, and I like to keep my lifestyle busy and active.
In a loving way, I emphasize manners and values, such as respect, being polite, and taking turns. I am a positive influence in the upbringing of the children I take care of. I'm looking forward to meeting your family.

I have 4 younger siblings, the youngest is 14 years younger than I am. I babysat regularly for families within my neighborhood and was a permanent child care provider within my church organization.
