Terry spent many years working in banking and financial corporations, enhancing her business degree by honing her leadership skills and gaining valuable experience which she is now applying to her own business. Terry is excited to bring the College Nannies & Tutors brand to the Pittsburgh area. She is a firm believer in the mission of College Nannies, to build stronger families, with the successful alignment of role models to the needs of children and their families. Her personal philosophy is to do everything with honesty and integrity, and above all, to have a passion for what she does. That’s why, for our team, this isn’t work. It is truly a good time, and a rewarding way to deliver a valuable service to the families of Pittsburgh.
Randi is a 2009 graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Human Resources. After graduation she moved to Florida where she began her career in Personal Assisting and being a part time Nanny. Her Nanny path took her from being a part time nanny to a full time live in/traveling nanny. With her first family she traveled extensively with the family to Aspen, Colorado and Los Angeles, California where she would spend months at a time. During that time she had extensive knowledge working with Autism, and was very proactive in the Palm Beach area dedicating her time raising awareness to the community. After her time came to a close working with her family she decided she wanted make a move to Chicago, Illinois. In Chicago she became part of another family and extended her portfolio in working in the Non Profit world as an assistant to a Gala Chair. The non profit she worked for dealt with inner city youth and rowing, and her main focus was the Gala and fundraising making sure that every child in the program paid nothing out of pocket for the after school program. After spending years away from home she decided to come back to the Pittsburgh area to be near her family, and we were able to hire her as our new Nanny Placement Manager. We are excited to welcome Randi to our CNT family.
