The College Nannies and Tutors franchises have one common goal- to Build Stronger Families®. Sharon Ragland-Keys knew her 18 years in Human Resources Leadership roles combined with her passion for helping others made owning a CNT franchise an easy decision.
Sharon looked at several businesses and chose CNT because it aligned with her professional experience, and it’s a full services model for families needing assistance from cradle to college. As a working parent, Sharon identified the need for an agency like CNT, and since opening in 2009; she has been dedicated to providing nanny and tutoring role models for families across Southeastern Michigan.
Her positive impact on the community doesn’t stop there. In 2010, Sharon joined the Canton Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board promoting the organization’s work to bring businesses, local government and citizens together to advance the economic prosperity of the community.
Sharon is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resources Management and member Greater Ann Arbor Society for Human Resource Management.
Sharon hopes to continue CNT’s vision and is committed to helping families and her employees have an amazing experience.
Angela has a passion for children and youth. She enjoys seeing them develop and mature into model citizens. As a result, the opportunity to become a part of the College Nannies + Sitters + Tutors team was an opportunity to continue working in two areas she enjoys - helping children and human resources.
After graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a BS in Public Administration, she spent 13 years in human resources for public school districts. Angela joined College Nannies + Sitters + Tutors in 2014 as the Family Placement Manager.
In her time away from the office she enjoys working with several music groups and mentoring youth.
As the Recruiting and Marketing Coordinator, Carrie manages the recruitment process of new employees through job postings, social media, reviewing applications, phone screens, interviews and reference checks. Carrie supports CNST’s marketing messages and purpose of Building Stronger Families® in Southeastern Michigan. Prior to joining the team at CNST, Carrie was the Marketing Representative for the Canton Chamber of Commerce. Carrie looks forward to connecting with potential applicants, creating relationships, and building stronger families. Benedictine University – MBA, Marketing.
Coming from a large family, Jenna has always been surrounded by children! Through working with her own family, she began developing a love for education. Jenna joined CNST as a tutor and nanny. After working with children on a daily basis, Jenna was promoted to Learning Center/Role Model Coordinator for CNST. Jenna manages the schedules, and supports employer-sponsored services for the offices. Jenna provides on-going client service and manages the team of tutors, nannies and sitters who fulfill tutor and care requests. She provides oversight of work performance, including ongoing training, professional development and CNST employee policy compliance.
