I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with degrees in Theater Design/Management and History. I spent a number of years after college working as a Costume Designer for multiple theaters in the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. After 5 years working in theater I moved to San Francisco, CA with my husband and started my career in retail management and also volunteered with few children's theater companies. When we moved back to Minnesota we settled in Hudson, WI and have lived there for the last 8 years where we started a family and I continue to volunteer at the local children's theater when time permits.
I joined College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors in May of 2016 after working 10+ years in retail management. My work as the Family Placement Manager in the Woodbury office is fulfilling, rewarding and fun. I am looking forward to sharing my excitement about this company and helping to build a strong team of role models for the families in our community.
Since 2009, I’ve enjoyed serving our east metro families and their children in many roles, from an after school tutoring coordinator to the program director of Supplemental Education Services.
Today, as the Learning Center Manager of our Woodbury-Eagan office, I love the opportunity to build stronger families by bringing students and tutors together to achieve their academic goals!

Hi, my name is Allison Nowacki. I am a student at the University of Minnesota where I am working to major in interior design. I have many experiences taking care of children, some are: volunteering/working at an elementary school, babysitting/being a nanny, summer camps, Sunday school, etc. Some of my interests are drawing, painting, reading, exercising, volunteering, and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy being a nanny because I like being around kids and seeing their excitement for learning as well as their great imaginations. I am looking forward to being a nanny with CNT and getting to know awesome families.
My name is Aryka Sanders-Dawkins, I am 21 years old and am a psychology and Spanish major pursuing my dream job as a prison mental health counselor. I want to be a nanny because I love being with babies, toddlers, and school age children because they're the most curious, refreshing and honest souls in the world. I enjoy being able to teach them new things and watch them make their own discoveries about the world. In my younger years my family participated in foster care, and we took in those in need of all ages; I grew up taking care of children, including newborns and toddlers. During fifth through eighth grade I babysat regularly and also took a babysitters training class in my youth. I personally believe that I am very approachable, caring and fun, yet responsible too.
